For over 40 years, Chemi-Flex has served as a designer and manufacturer of polyurethane timing belts, silicone timing belts, molded urethane parts, and custom belting products. Our onsite CNC capable machine shop and full staff of mechanical and chemical engineers ensures that Chemi-Flex will continually offer better than average quality at a competitive price.  For customers who need help knowing what product will best suit their needs, our sales and engineering team will work with you to ensure that we develop a custom solution designed with your needs and your application in mind.

Chemi-Flex is locally owned and operated, with all of our products being manufactured in our Lombard, IL ISO 9001:2015 certified facility.  We currently have the capacity to operate 24 hours a day, which helps to ensure rapid production of precision belting for our customers.
